Mother of two and grandmother of seven, she is the former Board Chair of Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee and serves on the board of The Lakewood Ranch Hospital Auxiliary, Suncoast Digital Press, Inc. and the Friends of The Selby Public Library.

Managed accounting department, MIS, Human Resources, Coordinated budgeting for all segments of the operation. Implemented distribution software (PRISM) for inventory management and financial reporting at multiple locations.

2000-2001

KB Pensions, Sarasota, Florida.Senior Pensions Executive. Focus on business pension planning, administration, and evaluation. Coordinated enrollment meetings with pension clients. Worked with partners of Kerkering and Barberio, a large regional CPA firm affiliated with KB Pensions, to develop new pension business and integrate existing pension business into the firm. Also worked with financial investment arm of the firm.

1991- 1993     

Trelleborg Monarch Inc., Hartville, Ohio. CFO for manufacturer of industrial tires. Managed accounting department, MIS, Human Resources, Coordinated budgeting for all segments of the operation. Implemented a 401-K plan, cafeteria employee benefit plan, and coordinated annual health insurance review. Led ABC training session at international financial meeting of parent company, Trelleborg, AB. Developed and implemented ABC system, coordinated software development in an AS-400 and PC environment, and supervised entire financial operations, including national distribution center network and Belgian subsidiary.

1987-1991

Washington Steel Corp., Massillon, Ohio. CFO for major manufacturer employing over 500. Trained managers on financial reporting procedures. Instrumental in the installation and integration of manufacturing and accounting software on IBM mid-range system. Developed a monthly financial report package. Authored several long range planning reports.
